Step 1: Pattern & Silhouette Engineering
Designing a true baggy fit starts from the inside out. Standard pant patterns collapse when forced over bulky pads, creating tight spots around the joints and sloppy drag at the bottom.
Articulated Knees for Impact Armor
Our designers fit and draft patterns directly on riders wearing full impact gear (knee pads and crash shorts). By integrating 3D Articulated Knees, each fabric panel is shaped around the body's dynamic movement. Whether you're dropping into a deep squat, t

The "Airpants" Drape & Silhouette
To avoid the "trash bag" look, we carefully calibrated the curvature of the side seams. This creates a natural, structured "Airpants" drape that retains volume without looking saggy. The extra length isn't just for style—it acts as a functional buffer, allowing the fabric to unfold smoothly during tricks without pulling up at the ankles.
Strategic Cargo Pocket Placement
Beyond storage, our dual oversized cargo pockets serve a subtle visual trick: they broaden your mid-leg stance, masking awkward knee-buckling during turns for a cleaner riding style. Positioned in low-impact safety zones along the outer thighs, they easily carry drinks, snacks, or mid-day essentials—allowing you to refuel on the chairlift without risking injury if you take a spill.
Step 2: Fabric & Technical Layering
Street aesthetics mean nothing if you get soaked on the first chair. We selected a fabric package built to withstand harsh park sessions and changing weather.

Standard pant cuffs often struggle to fit cleanly over larger snowboard boots. We engineered an angled Leg Maximizer Zipper that expands the cuff opening to accommodate various boot widths and riding stances while maintaining a tight snow-seal underneath.
Snow-Out Gaiters & Cargo Storage
