Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at heye@northdoo.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [RM26 2/F, NO.118, WAI YIP STREET, KWUN TONG HONG KONG.]
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you receive a product with quality issues, helly studio offers our customers return and exchange options. The terms and conditions for all returns or exchanges are detailed below. We are committed to providing you with high quality products, but if you receive an item that is defective in any way, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance with an exchange or return. We will try our best to solve your problem and provide you with a satisfactory solution
The product is defective on arrival

“If the product you receive has any defects on arrival, you must notify helly studio within 48 hours of receiving the product. For any damaged packages, please notify the delivery driver directly upon pickup. Claims can also be made directly to the shipping provider to resolve breakage issues. We value your feedback and will do our best to resolve your issue promptly.”

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To ensure the product is functioning properly or to identify the cause of the issue, we may ask you to perform basic troubleshooting steps. If the customer declines troubleshooting support, helly studio will Return, or exchanges cannot be authorized. We are committed to ensuring that your products function properly and provide the necessary support and guidance to do so.”
Fee description
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition, unused, in its original packaging, and free of any damage (missing or replaced parts or accessories). All returns must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) before return; return shipping costs are the customer’s expense. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. All returns are thoroughly inspected.
Customers are required to prepay shipping charges for all returns and include the RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and original invoice/packing slip.
Proper packaging is essential to reduce damage that may occur during the return process.
According to local regional policies, any returns will be refunded after a 15% restocking fee, but most exchanges will typically waive restocking
